WHEN TO APPLY

Students are encouraged to apply at least 1 month prior to the date when they require financial assistance. Approval of applications is dependent on availability of funds each budget year so students are encouraged to apply near the beginning of the budget year (April 1st). Applications for full-time study from students who are priority 4-7 will generally not be approved until after June 1st. Applications from students who are priority 8-9 will not be approved between April 1st and  August 15th however students are still encouraged to apply during that period. Applications will not be considered more than 30 days after the start of a semester.

 

Here is a step by step approach to completing your financial assistance application:

 

1. Register on this website.

 

2. Once you have registered you can browse through this website to learn more about the financial assistance programs we have to offer. You can contact our Education Coordinator, Galen Plett for more information or if you have any questions. 

 

3. Fill in the form “Financial Assistance Application” in the Future Students menu.

 

 

Once you have completed these steps, your application will be considered. It will take up to a month to make a decision in some cases, but you will be contacted whether your application was successful or not.

 

If your application is successful, additional forms will be required before any financial assistance will begin.
